We move quickly when hiring, and we expect the same commitment from applicants. Please only continue if you can meet the requirements below.
One-week trial: The trial period is 6 days. It can end before the week is over if your performance or conduct does not meet company standards. We hire fast and may end a trial fast when standards are not met. Passing the assessment does not guarantee a role.
Pay: Hourly pay + commission. Trial Hourly pay is $2/hr + commission, Tier-2 hire at $3/hr + commission. Commission % is based on the sales you achieve every week.

What we value in a chatter
Here at XYZ MGMT we value fans, and we want them to feel happy, heard, and remembered. Bring good energy, stay positive, and pay attention to what each person actually says.

Personality.
Build rapport naturally. A good GFE conversation feels warm and real, not forced, generic, or scripted.

Protect the creator's value.
Be generous with your attention, but don't give away free paid content, promise discounts, or rush a fan into buying.

Know when to sell.
We look for chatters who can find a balance: connect first, follow the fan's mood, and recognize when a paid offer fits naturally.

No begging or pressuring.
Never beg or pressure fans for money. Let them spend at their own pace. And don't make up fake issues (e.g. "I need $X to pay my phone bill").

Keep fans happy.
Always try to fulfill what a fan asks. If you can't do exactly what they want, find an alternative that satisfies them.
Read the fan's messages and notes. Respect their boundaries and don't promise real-life meetups. Never take part in any roleplay involving minors, whatever a fan asks. The three-minute reply timer starts when you open each unread chat.

“Integrity risk” is not proof of AI use. It is a collection of observable browser signals: paste attempts, unusual insertion bursts, tab/window leaves, repeated wording, and timeouts. Review the actual writing before acting.

Inbox prioritisation
Review the order in which the applicant chose to open unread chats. This is useful evidence of whether they notice whales, spend drops, upset fans, GFE relationships, and low-value time-wasters before deciding where to spend attention.
Fan-tag handling check
Look specifically at whether the applicant changes their approach based on visible fan notes.
A 🐳 whale should receive context-aware, relationship-protective handling. A ⏳ time waster should
still be treated warmly, but the chatter should not pour unlimited time or free sellable content into
a fan whose notes already show repeated non-buying behavior.
